More than 40% of people worldwide are affected by digestive disorders. Are you one of them? Most people think taking antacids and pain relievers like Advil every day is "normal". They assume that's the only way to "deal" with upset stomachs and pain. Newsflash: Digestive issues are COMMON but that doesn't make them NORMAL. Everyone will have gas, bloating, and constipation every so often. THAT is normal. What's not normal is to have these issues every day or so often that they disrupt your everyday life. So what do digestive issues really feel like? ❌ Feeling full immediately after eating, even a small amount. ❌ Running to the bathroom immediately after eating or being afraid of "not making it". ❌ Not being able to button your jeans after 4:00 pm. ❌ Needing a nap after lunch. ❌ Co-workers and family members hearing your stomach grumbling or "digesting" food. ❌ Clogging the toilet. ❌ Avoiding wearing shorts in public. ❌ Feeling nauseous after taking supplements. ❌ Feeling like your hormones are outta whack or that you're a hot mess all the time. These are a few ways digestive issues show up in real life. But the best news of the day is that the solution begins with your next meal. You can begin changing your gut microbiome after just 24 hours. That means: make the next forkful count. Being healthy starts with what you eat.
