Many kids are failing in school now. As a Parent what option do you have? Something UNIQUE AND DIFFERENT! Lets FVYD start just a few months earlier in our schools and give these kids another option. With an "essential program" by Future Visions Youth Development in our first class in SY19-20 we worked with 38 failing youth in a Behavior School. And invited there by that Principal to bring something so NEW to that school. We train (your or bring our) ED-techs in 6 hours; (4 x1.5) for this saving solution. This, our simple (essential) program is loved by the teachers & those first 33 students will never forget it. With the next 10 schools in waiting, HIPPA stopped this simple (anonymous) work with all Student protections in place. This simple work SAVE THOSE KIDS there!---And while those kids moved on (and spread like the tribes of Job --no only did they passed. They went forward to the next grade, to their home middle schools and onto 12 high schools with a smile on their faces and an new educational opportunity in their future. So we want to bring this work to America's Public Schools. Start today talking with your Superintendents now--our new Website is being released next week at myfuturevisions. We,FVYD can save your Kids also in a few week. But only... when Parents get our "NEW APPROACH TO READING PROGRAM--a unique program not literacy or medical into schools --It is a highly effective program --in 15 min./12 weeks time--Open the doors in their own schools.

Absolutely, as we say here at SEND: “it is ALL about relationships”💗 We work with schools to create a holistic eco-system where all community members have a sense of belonging and mutual respect and understanding. Dividing ourselves and generating conflict is an all too easy trap to fall into… However, we all have the same priority; whether you are a parent, carer, child, school leader, teacher, staff member or part of the wider community, we all want the best for our learners. The children and their futures is all that really matters. If we can find the ties that bring us all together, we can achieve an environment where it is secure and safe, for both staff and children and welcoming for parents. We know to be able to thrive and learn we need to feel safe and wrapped up in secure relationships. We all want ‘change’ but are we willing to change the way we communicate with each other? #relationships #advocacy #childrenfirst #inclusion #mentalhealthmatters #training #wholeschoolsupport #community #parents #SEND
I’ve been talking with education leaders about inclusion and one of the challenges of the current school context that they identified was that attitudes and relationships between parents, children and schools have changed since the pandemic.

Neat article on why developing schools as system leaders is critical!👇 This quote sums up the work I feel I’ve been doing: “We know, that feeling included and having a sense of belonging can be nurtured by the environment created in schools, with teacher-student relationships at the heart, strong connection with parents, and schools which are part of the place in which they sit – to which they truly belong.” But this quote comes up again & again in the Places were I’ve been spending time: “The days of blind trust in institutions and professions are long gone.” Mistrust in “the system” needs to be recognised and trust needs to be rebuilt, but we don’t build trust by ‘doing to’ people, we build it by involving people and becoming part of the system. #PlaceMaking

The pandemic has undoubtedly reshaped the dynamics between parents, children, and schools, highlighting the importance of positive attitudes and relationships within the educational setting. Adapting to these changes requires a collaborative effort among all stakeholders to foster a supportive and inclusive environment that prioritizes the well-being and academic success of students. By addressing these challenges with empathy, open communication, and a shared commitment to inclusivity, we can navigate this transitional period and create a stronger foundation for education moving forward.

This really fits with everything we’re picking up. Reconnecting and rebuilding relationships is so important and having a more coherent system would make that so much more straightforward
