10 years ago, I stopped doubting my ability to take on bigger challenges. One day, my colleagues and I were discussing who would be our new Cluster Manager since the existing one was promoted to Regional Head. Suddenly, I received a call from my RH informing me that I would be the new Cluster Manager. He was confident in my Retail Banking management skills, as I had successfully managed two big branches with more than 30 team members, all of which performed extraordinarily. And no: ● It wasn't easy managing the increased travel, as I was a non-driver. ● I didn't lack motivation thanks to my RH's confidence in me. ● It wasn't without its challenges, especially dealing with highly critical customers. In fact, since I stopped doubting my ability to take on bigger challenges: ● I bought a new car and started my new journey with enthusiasm. 🚗 ● I learned to handle highly critical customers, including government clients, thanks to my RH's guidance. 💼 ● We achieved great success by capturing most of the business around the catchment area. 📈 His smart work and my dedication allowed us to take Retail Branch Banking to the next level. When he moved to a bigger profile, I continued to build on the foundation he helped create. My achievements are dedicated to him for polishing my skills, uncovering hidden talents, and always motivating me with his guidance.
