WEST COAST COMMUNITIES
We at WCSS is deeply concerned about the state of education at Weston Senior Secondary School and the lack of response from authorities and politicians. The low pass rate for June, 26.16% and the ongoing issues such as a lack of a permanent principal.
The furstration, especially when it seems that the situation is being ignored or inadequately addressed.
Where is the West Coast Community leaders, can't anyone organize meetings with parents, former students, and community members, to discuss the issues and develop a plan for advocacy.
Reach out to local education authorities, school boards, or education unions to express concerns and seek intervention.
Where is the local media, to highlight the issues and increase public awareness, which can sometimes prompt action from politicians and authorities.
Communities must look into ways to support the school directly, whether through fundraising, mentoring programs, or other forms of assistance that can make a tangible difference.
Addressing these issues often requires a coordinated effort from the community and various stakeholders.
This is your children, stand up as a parent to address this issues... The pass rate at the once proud school is a glaring shame for the entire west coast, even if your child is not in the same school.
"Parents just accept everything as normal, it is not normal.!!!
