I've found something that a lot of over-stressed Managers and Team Leaders forget over time is that you hired your team members for a reason. You hired your Team Members because - They have fresh ideas and perspectives - They are highly skilled in their area of expertise - They see things that you and your current team members don't - They bring a wealth of outside experience - and so much more It's so easy to get caught up in the moment, in the current project, or timeline; and think you have to be caught up in it all.
