🎉 #HOH SFP Fellows 🎉 Today's HOH SFP session was simply magic! Our week 9 Fellows took a well-earned break as I guided our newbies through a brief Orientation Review, finding our stride in the monthly cadence.🚀 In a bid to sprinkle some extra sparkle during a busy week, I turned to our HOH SFP alumni network, doubtful this could be pulled off on a last-minute whim. To my delight, within a minute, not one but 3 rock star alums rearranged their schedules for a surprise drop-in. 🌟 Maria Bonhomme, Salesforce Developer at PenFed Credit Union, Phillip Patterson, MBA, CSM, Project Manager, Customer Success at Argano, and Se Jin Heo, Solution Architect at Salesforce, from Cohort 23-1(#niftyfifty) gave a fantastic, honest account of their time as fellows. This impromptu visit turned into an invaluable session, sharing the real scoop on their experiences, struggles, and victories, imparting wisdom on perseverance and the rewards of tenacity & diligence. 📈 To employers weighing experience over potential, consider our alumni. Just a year post-program, they exemplify what nurturing talent can achieve — Transforming Padawans into Jedis.⚡ 💥Their rapid evolution exemplifies the brilliance of cultivating talent. 🚀I can't wait to see what these new fellows have in store as they navigate their journey! 🙌Here's to transition, to embracing change, to the courage to explore new challenges, and to acknowledging the power of support and belief in unlocking extraordinary tales. 🙌 This session put the very best smile on my face!😁😁😁 Have an Awesome Sauce Weekend LinkedIn! 🌟 #HOH SFP Friday Huddle Recap 🌟 ✨Happy Friday, LinkedIn! Today's huddle was packed full of the usual SFP awesomeness.🙌 🌟Eight fellows from four host companies came together to support one another, learn from each other, and share this unique experience. 🚀💙 🌟The first part of our session focused on building a strong support network by paying it forward. Our fellows exchanged valuable insights and experiences, reinforcing the importance of collaboration and shared learning. It’s fantastic to see fellows only a few weeks into their fellowship already passing on knowledge to help newer fellows walk their paths with a little more confidence. 💪🤝 🙌We had the pleasure of welcoming back SFP alumna Mairenys Matos, "Maya," Enterprise Solution Engineer at Toast, for the second part of our session. 🌟Maya delivered a fantastic presentation on the "Art of Storytelling." Her vibrant personality brought the discussion to life. Using her own story, she covered how to craft your narrative, make it relevant to your goals, and identify your "why." 🎤✨ 🌟The huddle was impactful, insightful, and inspiring. Knowing your story is crucial for your career journey and beyond. Another key takeaway: don’t be afraid to try new things. 💡🚀 ✨What a fantastic way to wrap up June.👏 🎇Wishing everyone a wonderful 4th of July holiday!🎆 Stephanie Murphy #TransitioningServiceMembers #MilitarySpouses #Storytelling #CollaborativeMentorship #PayItForward #Commnunity #Network
