Issue: The issue highlighted in this research is how many workplaces lack adequate resources and support systems for addressing mental health issues, leaving employees without access to necessary support. Action: Making sure team managers are trained to understand mental health in the work place and investing in resources and programs to support employee well-being, such as EAPs, mental health training, counselling services, and peer support networks. Ensure that employees are aware of these resources and know how to access them confidentially.
