Working Out First Summit was last week, and I had the chance to represent PayFit France as Lead Pride ERG (Employee Resource Group) during a round table 🎤 What a pleasure to see brought together Diversity - Equity - Inclusion Advocates for the LGBTQIA+ Community, to highlight the importance of mentoring LGBTQIA+ students and to share experience & stories! 🏳️🌈 Leading PayFit France's Pride ERG is definitely one of the things I'm most proud of in my career, and participating to such event fostering inclusivity, courage & determination for next generation is a great honor ! Thanks to Basile Anthonioz, Vanessa Bottero, Marc-Antoine Bordet, Olivier Fabas, François Schiestel and the rest of the Working Out team for paving the way !
