The best in retail, eCommerce, and technology came together at eTail Boston to discuss all things AI, omnichannel, customer experience, personalization (plus so much more) and the excitement was palpable. It was hard to narrow down the top takeaways, but thanks to the help of eTailers, here are they are! Share this with a friend who wasn't able to make it to this eTail™ that should come to the next one: eTail Palm Springs, February 24-27, 2025 ✈ 🌴 #retailnews #ecommerce #retail #retailmarketing #omnichannel #DTC #GenAI #AI #eTail25
Best eTail Boston yet!
Great recap! Personalization was a major theme. One of the standout insights came from Mike DiMiele at Vivid Seats: don’t overdo it. While tailored experiences are crucial for driving customer engagement, getting personalization wrong can quickly turn them away. Start small!
Really great takeaways. Any thoughts from the WBR Insights US team that was on the ground at #eTail25?! Kelsey Moore Michael Braunstein
10/10!
Outstanding event with excellent insights
Really love these top takeaways and some of the great features from sponsors like Jason Davis from Simon Data, The Z Suite with Michelle Cucchi from Algolia, and from Andrea (Andi) Huels!
Great recap!! Can't wait to do it all again in Palm Springs next year!
Great takeaways! Honored to be a part of the event again! Christina Monkman - so cool to be reunited with a David’s Bridal partner in crime!
Thanks for the feature eTail™!

2moI was talking to an attendee on Friday who just returned from eTail and they mentioned something that's sticking with me: customer journey is not linear; marketers need to break out of the limits of the funnel. I think the funnel is a great model, but it is only a simplistic model. Outline the customer journey in detail and see what you see. Love it!
