“Trust is earned in drops but lost in buckets.” Lisa Abousaleh said this in a panel talk at TMX last week, and I remember thinking that I had to steal that line... 😁 I love that it’s a simple but powerful reminder of just how critical building trust with customers is in today’s world. And while that line stuck out, there was so much more to the event that I'll be thinking about for a while. Here are some key takeaways: > "AI is the game-changer B2B marketers can’t ignore," is how Brian McLeod put it - and he's right! Generative AI is making real, measurable impacts in B2B marketing on personalization and lead generation. > As Lisa Abousaleh highlighted, trust is everything. Transparency in data practices is no longer optional—it’s a competitive edge. > Stephany Lang (Shelton) emphasized that a smart, multichannel approach is essential for campaign success. But here’s the kicker: stick to no more than 4 channels for maximum impact. Being in San Francisco last week and listening to so many industry leaders left me pretty fired up. And I'm excited to implement these ideas even more in everything we're doing at Anteriad! 🙌
