This morning I reviewed surveys from dozens of press releases on Businesswire & PRNewswire. I found 8 companies taking liberties with their own survey results by changing a word here and there and/or combining results from multiple questions. The full reports were in the press releases so it was easy to look! Their goal: increase %'s in their press release headlines so the numbers are higher with the intent to generate more attention. By doing this, the data is completely inaccurate and flawed. Research data results don't tell false narratives. Just a brief warning - as people like me do look!
