The theme of Mental Health Awareness Week this year is movement, YOU can do anything YOU enjoy. Not everyone is a marathon runner or into yoga, it could be something a simple as walking outside for 10 minutes during the day. This has the added benefit of fresh air, light and the chance to notice your surroundings.
