LAST NEWS ! https://lnkd.in/eyT_8TN 1. EC- SERIES AUTOMATIC EDGE CUTTERS Edge Cutters automatically trim sides of film rolls wound on paper cores. They produce uniform rolls with clean, burr-free, straight edges. Seven servo axes’ movements are controlled by PLC. The knives’ positioning and speed, roll spinning speed and other parameters are pre-programmed. All operation parameters are set on the touch-screen monitor. All the parameters are stored in the recipe. 2. SCRAP ROLL SLABBER MACHINE (NEW) The machine removes poorly wound film from a core. Scrapped film can be reclaimed back to the process. Cores return to production. 3. CARDBOARD CORE ENLARGER (NEW) This tool restores rolls on cores squeezed during winding or damaged. The repaired rolls can be used for rewinding or the roll’s trimming. 4. TRIM WINDER (NEW) The trim winder is a custom-made unit for winding trims taken from film extrusion and converting lines. We offer a wide range of trim winders for thin trims (as stretch films) and for thick and wide trims (as barrier films up to 200 micron).
