Working alone is like playing a game with only one controller – kinda boring, right?  Let's team up! We can all learn new things and earn some cash together. It's like a super-fun sleepover where everyone wins! I have a super cool rule: I only do work I enjoy. Think of it like picking your favorite flavor for lunch. Stuff like calling website grown-ups (admins) is not my favorite flavor. But guess what? I can find someone who likes that job and pay them to do it! High fives all around! By working together, we all win! We get to grow our skills and make some money, and our clients are happy campers too! It's a win-win-win! Remember: Teamwork makes the dream work! Just like in your favorite team sport, everyone has a role to play, and together you can achieve awesome things!  So who's ready to squad up?

This video went completely crazy, with 2,000+ views in a couple of days. Mostly positive comments too, with people feeling refreshed about my ideas and glad I share pain points most devs don't even have the courage to talk openly about. In this video I talk about how teamwork is madness because software development is *not* engineering, and therefore both velocity and quality decreases as you add more hands to your projects. This is something we've known for more than 50 years, still most CTOs will happily add more devs to a project, believing it increases quality and velocity - When the result is the exact opposite!

Always keep this achievement active in my previous work field as a back up.
