recommendation lists are the easiest way for customer advocates to share what they love about your brand. and you would be surprised how many actually love to share what they love and where they buy. one of our key focus areas was to make the sharing experience as simple as possible, giving them the opportunity to easily share their recommendations on social. while we were in stealth, we onboarded our first hundred or so creators and organically they added more than 2000 products from their favourite shops, already generating hundreds of thousands product impressions, thousands of engagements and purchase clicks organically on FRL (for real). we've now expanded the sharing capability to embeds, especially giving affiliate creators the opportunity to embed their lists into their website or blog, giving their community a great way to see what the community likes, with an easy way to buy. also web is not dead, even for gen z. it allows people to get a great experience in the apps they already use, instead of first downloading or switching apps etc. sharing is a key component in social commerce, which more brands should optimise for imo.
