Dear connections, It has been almost two months now and I’m about to complete my summer internship program at Kedling Freight LLP. The most important and exciting part of my job was to approach clients and maintain relationships with them. I got an opportunity to connect with so many foreign clients for the first time ever in my life. The ultimate goal of a sales & marketing employee is to bring successful business deals to the table. Meanwhile, there can be plenty reasons for a fall of possible business deal but one should always aim to give the best service to each client. Qualities that will help you maintain customer relations: • honesty • empathy • integrity • politeness • understanding • patience These life principles are equally important for your all round development. 📚 Lying or trying to trick your client may result in a few successful deals but it will affect your long term business. I personally believe that you invest in a person (client) first and then in his/her company.
