At Year13, our purpose is to help young people live happier, more fulfilling lives. Over the last thirteen years, this purpose has continually driven us to explore new and innovative ways to support youth as they transition out of school. By embracing emerging technologies and fostering meaningful partnerships, our focus has been on creating tools and resources that genuinely make a difference in the lives of young adults. Throughout the past 18 months, we’ve been on an incredible journey, partnering with Microsoft and KPMG on 'AI Amplified', an innovative e-learning program designed to equip young Australians with AI skills, ensuring they thrive in the future workforce. After a successful pilot, we’re excited to expand the program with an ambitious goal of 50,000 completions by 2025. Today, we’re thrilled to unveil what’s next: an AI Career Coach, developed in collaboration with Microsoft and set to launch in mid-2025. This transformative product will provide personalised career support at scale, revolutionising the way students navigate their school-to-work transition. “For us, AI is not a buzzword. It’s game-changing for our whole product and the industry vertical of career education and support. We can now tailor all of the products and content using large language models, making the experience so much more approachable.” - Will Stubley Transforming the school-to-work transition requires collaboration from across the entire education ecosystem. That’s why we’re incredibly proud and grateful to be partnering with Microsoft, a long-standing leader in the education space. Together, we’re excited to continue driving innovation and creating impactful solutions.
