Just wrapped up the Basic Life Support (CPR and AED) the American Heart Association course from Blue Health Ethiopia with YeneHealth sponsorship, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the knowledge gained. Imagine this: You’re at a family gathering, everyone’s laughing and having a good time, and suddenly, someone collapses. In that moment, it’s not about being a doctor; it’s about being a human who knows how to help. Cardiac arrest can strike anywhere, at any time, and if no one knows what to do, it could be the difference between life and death. In Ethiopia, where emergency services might not always arrive on time, knowing CPR could literally save a life. Let’s build a community where we’re all prepared to step up when it matters most.
