So, picture this: I’ve been in a state of, let’s call it, “extreme relaxation” lately. “Suffering” sounds too dramatic, like a soap opera plot twist. It’s more like I’ve been sleepwalking through life, but without the fun of waking up in random places.
Imagine walking into someone’s house and they’re like, “No, no, no! You’re folding the napkins all wrong! It’s swan origami or nothing in this household!” Suddenly, you’re questioning everything you thought you knew about napkin etiquette.
It’s like we’re all programmed robots, stuck in our ways, refusing to update our software. “New ways of doing things? Error 404: flexibility not found!”
So here’s my advice: Don’t become the human equivalent of an old, creaky door hinge. Shake things up a bit! Look at life from a different angle. Otherwise, you might find yourself as flexible as a garden gnome, and trust me, they’re not known for their yoga skills.

2moLoved seeing this: “YogaSix nabbing the #1 spot in the yoga category on Entrepreneur’s Franchise 500 list. Earlier this year, YogaSix, which offers heated and non-heated yoga classes, boot camp-style fitness classes and meditation, opened its 200th studio.” 🎉💜
