It's #ThrivingThursday at Cabana, and since August is wellness month, we're excited to share more top self-care tips and insights. However, they are both valuable tools in maintaining our mental health. Choose Self-Indulgence When: -You need a break from your routine and need a desired treat. -You're celebrating accomplishments and wish to reward yourself. -You understand it’s an indulgence, not a habit. Striking a Balance The key is finding an equilibrium between self-care and self-indulgence. Integrating self-care into your routine is essential, but occasional self-indulgence can rejuvenate you.
