Which location are you currently considering for work? You: I’m looking for opportunities in Bangalore. HR: Oh, okay. Were you born and brought up in Bangalore? You (surprised): No, I wasn’t. Early Monsoon in Bengaluru: A Lesson for Our Work Culture A place where I live experienced heavy rainfall, about 200 trees fell, causing nearly 40 cars to crash on the roads beneath them. One of the most beautiful places in Bangalore is Kormanagla, which stands out for its greenery, wide roads, and restaurants. After the heavy rains => Trees were dead, fallen on the road => Many trees lost their branches and stems => Cars that were parked underneath were damaged => Electric wires and cables were broken => Inconvenience for the travellers Reason for the fall: The roots of the trees are unable to spread because they are blocked by sewage systems and large buildings. This situation reminds us of our work culture. Just like the trees in Koramangala, our growth at work can be slow if we are restricted by outdated systems and rigid structures. It's important for companies to create an environment where creativity and flexibility are encouraged, allowing ideas and talents to grow.
