Irregular meal timings : Your body is a biological clock, it remembers when to release acids & hormones. Having irregular timings ALWAYS might get your body confused & hence acidic. 2. Too much coffee and tea : Remember, no caffeine during a fast or empty stomach. Dehydrated body needs hydration not diuretic as soon as you’re awake. 3. High protein diets : Protein rich diet provided to weaker gut might end up with more bad than good. 4. Emotionally Unhealthy : The more stressed you are, the more acid you produce. 5. Over-eating, not chewing properly & sedentary lifestyle : Ends up producing low stomach acid that causes reflux.
