⭐ Yesterday was a wrap for #SynergyDays2023 and another successful day for STELAR! 🎯 To recap Day 2: ✅ Our STELAR panel workshop co-organised with #HOLiFOOD titled "Novel Digital Infrastructure for Food Safety: Solutions for a Rapidly Changing World" was held. ✅ It was packed with an interested audience full of food-safety-related questions for our expert presenter Manos Karvounis and guests Pablo Fernandez Escamez, Alberto Garre, and Vlasis Tsezos. ✅ The workshop was an interactive endeavor which engaged the audience in discussion, and left them with some STELAR gift bags, as well! ✅ The second day also attracted an attentive crowd to our project booth, transforming it into a collaborative space faced towards engagement and scaling. 🎯To recap the entire conference organised by SmartAgriHubs: ✅ STELAR and its partners from Agroknow and Foodscale Hub explored synergies with 28 participating projects. ✅ The project was presented during the two days to a crowd of 200+ participants in different formats: in workshops, on stage, in the booth, and in engaged discussions happening at other project booths, as well! What a great quote from Rodrigo Vinicius de Jesus at last year's Food 4 Future event: "If we don't have data, we can't measure, and if you can't measure, you don't know what's happening to your body" I would argue that this is the same for any situation and that the word 'body' can be replaced with e.g. 'lab', 'manufacturing plant', or 'supply chain' - Let's just say '#FoodBusiness' for now 🍽 ... And why is that? Because I am excited to be heading to the Food 4 Future event on April 16-18 in Bilbao with my colleague Raja Bejaoui!
