QUESTION.... Is it really a smart/strategic idea to fling "I'm hiring! Reach out if you're interested" over the fence on here? Isn't that a bit like posting a sign that says "Garage Sale up the street!" Do ya really think it's gonna be a great party if you invite every dipshit in the area code to swing by?
