I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my recent experience ordering a Tecno Spark 10 Pro in matte black from Priceoye .After two days of confirmation my order was not dispatched and I tried to contact them on email and just got casual replies that team is working on it, and they cannot share the lead time for the dispatch. later I called at their help line and the person on call told me that my required phone in black color is now out of stock and if I have to proceed with the order I have to change the color and the prices are changed, and new increased prices will be applied. otherwise, I can cancel the order. I again discussed the same thing on email but I'm not getting any response till now. This thing has happened with me 2nd time. first it happened a year earlier when I bought infinix earbuds in blue color and they got out of stock, and I was forced to purchase in white color with increased prices. and now this thing has happened again. I am deeply dissatisfied with this recurring pattern of poor customer service and lack of transparency. As a loyal customer, I expect a much higher level of service and communication. In April 2024, I ordered a gaming chair from Giftroid, enticed by a promotional offer for a free chair. However, what seemed like a great deal quickly turned into a frustrating ordeal. Despite my initial excitement, the delivery of the chair has been severely delayed, now exceeding three months since my purchase. Repeated attempts to contact customer service have been met with silence, leaving me feeling ignored and deceived. The lack of communication and transparency regarding the delivery status is disheartening. It's been weeks since I've received any meaningful update, and the constant reassurances that "our team is working on it" ring hollow without any tangible progress. This experience has left a bitter taste, not just because of the product delay, but because of the apparent disregard for customer concerns. I share this story not to vent, but to highlight what appears to be a systemic issue with customer service and fulfillment. As professionals, we understand the importance of trust and reliability in business relationships. When companies fail to meet their commitments, it erodes this trust, affecting not just individual customers but potentially their brand reputation at large. I sincerely hope that sharing this experience publicly prompts a resolution to my issue and encourages others facing similar challenges to speak out. A leaked Samsung Electronics contract given to repair shops reveals requirements to upload user data to Samsung's database during repairs and to disassemble devices with third-party parts. The contract mandates daily uploading of consumer information including names, contact details, and device identifiers. Legal experts express concern over this potential invasion of consumer privacy. Repair shops must also immediately disassemble devices with aftermarket parts and report details to Samsung. Consumers have the right to use third-party parts under the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act. iFixit announced cutting ties with Samsung due to repairability issues, citing tightly glued devices and consequent high part costs for consumers.
