Would rather have less customers but have them long lasting and help them grow their business. Opposed to 1000s of customers that come and go. • Modernization effort next year with loss sensitive to move billing systems into guidewire. § Launched policy and billing a few weeks ago and want to put loss sensitive into those systems.
