At Zen, we're all about nurturing leadership skills in all our current leaders and people managers, as well as focussing an importance on developing those individuals with a natural talent, passion and commitment for inspiring others – our leaders of the future. The Aspire Development Programme, led by Jill Matley from the People Development Team, is delivered to individuals who are passionate about leadership, aiming to develop and enhance their natural qualities and develop new skills, knowledge and approaches to inspire and empower those around them —now and in the future. After the 6-month experiential learning journey, the Programme concluded with a fantastic and emotional Finale. Each participant shared their personal learning journey, showcasing significant boosts in confidence and self-awareness. They demonstrated how they've practically applied their new insights, gained a deeper understanding of personal responsibility and accountability, and explored crucial leadership topics like team dynamics and motivation to name a few. Clear development goals and aspirations have emerged, setting the stage for outstanding leadership within Zen. Many participants are now tackling more complex projects, working closely with senior stakeholders, and we’ve already celebrated a promotion. The Aspire Development Programme is truly shaping the future leaders of Zen. Congratulations to the Aspire Team 2024 and a huge thank you to those who have been instrumental in being committed to and supporting the Team and the Programme throughout. #Aspire #FutureLeaders #PeopleDevelopment #PeopleFirst #Zen Adele Slack, Séan Craven, Mohammed Patel, Thomas Bowden.
