By virtue of decision no. 5186/2024 of the Minister of Development, new standard articles of association for all types of companies carrying out business activities were introduced, with a view to simplifying the incorporation process and standardising the relevant articles of association across the board. In particular, the MD determines the content and form of the “standard” articles of association for various types of partnerships and all types of capital companies (AE, EPE, IKE), in total seventeen types of companies and associations. The Malaysian Finance Ministry is preparing a new Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Masterplan as part of Budget 2025 which is set to be tabled on October 18. This master plan aims to boost private sector investment in crucial public infrastructure and improve the management of risks and returns between public and private entities. Within the Moldova National Platform of the EaP CSF we had a meeting with the Vice-Prime Minister for European Integration, Cristina Gherasimov. We discissed the European integration agenda, the start of the evaluation process of national legislation and how civil society can contribute to the advancement of the European integration process.
