Our own Traci Garrity was on vacation when her 20th anniversary at Rigby Financial Group occurred on August 2. We still celebrated her on LinkedIn with a post that day. So, of course, we waited to celebrate her as a team until she returned. Of course, there was a cake! There was also a team video meeting (a lot of us work away from the home New Orleans office) with everyone there and cheering, engraved trophy, a banner in her office to surprise her, and a big card with personal message from each team member for Traci. It's a rare team member who stays with a job that long - it's a real achievement!
