Zomato Zomato India worst experience with Zomato I ordered the food, I wanted to cancel it. It showed me the cancellation fee as 0Rs. When I cancelled it, they took my all money After connecting with customer support, they are like share screenshot, Should I keep on screen-recording all time? If you guys want to charge 100%. Did u guys provide any pop-up before cancellation Really it is worst... Stealing people money If you guys tell food is prepared, so you guys charged than why you can't deliver the food? Or give to delivery guy?

There seem to be only apologies from zomato but no real action . My refund has not been issued yet .. the customer care people act like brainless machines and keep repeating the same sentences and never provide any resolution . I’m not going to use zomato again

Zomato India Zomato yet the customer service is poor ! And getting worse day by day I ordered a vegetarian roll was delivered a non vegetarian item and shared the image of the food item marked with red and shared it over 5 times No resolution and same automated response Shame on you Why don’t you first streamline your own process rather then expanding

Horrible experiences at #zomato , it’s easier to go to a restaurant and eat than explain #zomato delivery people our home address .. I’m shocked at the level of training they provide to the staff at zomato - most of these delivery guys are illiterate , disrespectful and one even cancelled the order after updating on app that he had reached my location .. zomato did not even issue refund saying that order was rejected by me.. I have incidences of rude /abusive ones too and food packets being tempered too … but zomato does nothing . Highly unprofessional and insensitive #zomato ! Order id : 5968548217

Don't eat they are providing seal broken packet and delivey boy ,halt a place and test all items ,they knows all things but hiding. Order id -5936243779 After so many complan mail they are not refund .also kept that food for 2 days no action.
