Zomato I would like to bring to your notice a very pathetic experience which I had with Zomato that too without nay fault of mine. I have ordered a food in which 3 items were missing, even after providing proper proof and the required photos / videos to your cx support team they denied to help me out in this situation. This is really pathetic. The order id is 5965294147. Even after explaining each and everything to 3 support executives I was denied any help or proper compensation from your side . At the end after wasting my 30-35 min the executive provided a 20 rs zomato credit whereas the missing orders were worth rs 75-80 . So, is this how you guys are going to run a business without proper customer support ?? I would humbly request you guys to take a necessary action on this case. I dnt think so you deserve this award, because today i ordered biryani and one of the boxes contained left overs of someone this can be restaurant’s fault or the delivery guys fault i dont know.. this is very serious issue as it might be drugged or poisoned or if we would have not noticed and eaten someone’s left over . I cannot explain how pathetic i am feeling as i am travelling to Bangalore today and i wanted to carry it with me and have it in my dinner you have spoiled it for me.. late delivery is fine no delivery fine but overs? It is so evident bcoz we can clearly figure it out that it is eaten food. I am so disappointed. I will mark a mail today and loop in all food departments also health department . MISSING_ITEMS Order Id: 5969579337 Consumer forum docket number 5981410 Order date 6th July 2024 Ordered 3 firnis and received one. Complained immediately after order delivery which anyway took over 90 mins even though the estimate given was 53 mins. I have neither received the missing items nor the refund. Customer service over mail keeps saying that they couldn't reach the restaurant. What can I do in that case?? Is this my fault?? It's been over 2 days now. What nonsense is this??

@zomato  I have a premium subscription of Zomato and I am also a user of Swiggy without any premium subscription. I am getting orders at a lower price in Swiggy. I order the same food from the same restaurant. For me, it is a total waste of money to take Zomato premium.kuch toh offer dedo कंजूसों -> प्रीमियम लेने का कुछ तो फायदा हो

Zomato India what is the point of awarding the best restaurants when your delivery partners are not safe? Just a few minutes ago, while an order was being delivered and collected by one of my friends, the Zomato delivery partner did not leave the delivery location and kept spamming through calls and texts. Hi deepinder . Your delivery executives doing fraud with the customer and after doing’s prepaid order they are not delivering in case customer doesn’t respond to their call. I mean address in appartment is pretty simple.why they need to call customer if address is simple and it was fraud they they are doing. Even your support representative refused to call me and also didn’t refund money either. Post this I will report this in financial crime. Contact details:9999351325

Dear Zomato, What a wonderful fraud being done by delivery boy now days they pick the order from your authorised restaurants and then refusing to delivery food on the request order rather they called and request the order person to cancel the order . Today same has been done with me on my first Zomato order .. It’s my humble request don’t cheat and run scam with such dishonest people in food chain business . Wow you should be awarded worst instead of best. No proper customer service to reach out its only bots automated support available. This is the best way to avoid any type of grievance and escape from providing any support to customer. There is a new scam going on in zomato where the zomato delivery agent claims that the payment made to zomato directly is not completed and asks you to send another payment to him to his number even though payment status shows completed he insists you to send payment again to him when payment is done he walks away happily and later you realize try to reach out zomato for support there is no one to reach out
