This sounds self-explanatory, but it’s something many companies need to work on. If you don’t have a structured hiring process, it takes longer to hire new talent.

If you have a process in place but you’ve never committed it to paper, now is the time to do it. Define your hiring process from start to finish. What does your candidate journey look like? How long does it take? What hoops must a new hire move through on the way? Once you’ve mapped out the process, you can identify and resolve bottlenecks.

In short - Communication is critical. Prioritize it.
