Lately, computational biology tools have taken the position they do deserve in the
scientific research world, yet, some are still hesitant about using them in their research because they believe they yield non-credible results!
Using computational biology tools for over 5 years now, made me believe that they truly help in achieving the research objectives, specially when it comes to drug discovery.
The tools you use are supposed to be based on (empirically?) validated approaches and their theory of operation are published ... aren't they?
