Announcing the launch of TransUnion’s 2020 Diversity and Sustainability Reports

I’m excited to announce the launch of TransUnion’s 2020 Diversity Report and Sustainability Report. These reports highlight the work we’re doing to create a more diverse, equitable and inclusive TU; and also the progress we’ve made to evolve our sustainability efforts to create a better, brighter future for all. We carry a responsibility to publish these reports as a commitment to creating responsible change through accountability and action. We know there’s still more to learn and more work to do, and we’re not slowing down. Every day, I’m encouraged by the passion and energy I see in our associates all around the world in this space. It’s so important to me that we continue to build a culture where everyone feels seen, heard and valued; and commit to doing our part to help build a more sustainable TU and world around us.

I’m proud of the work we’re doing to achieve our enterprise diversity commitments of reaching gender parity in senior leadership by 2030 and year-over-year increase in underrepresented groups at all levels of management in the US. While we’re continuing to work each day through all operations of our business to achieve this, we recognize we must keep making progress in the right direction until everyone who joins our team is included and embraced. In our reports, you’ll read more about this work and a full view of our workforce data, along with stories and experiences from our associates around the world.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Sustainability are key elements of our broader mission of Information for Good. These are complex and important topics with a brighter spotlight on them now, more than ever before, and we look forward to continuing to tell our story each year and hope you’ll follow us in our journey.
