Hybrid Work Environment
GotPhoto offers a flexible hybrid working model, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life effectively. You’ll work from home most days, with regular trips to our Berlin office, where you'll collaborate face-to-face with colleagues in a dynamic and inspiring environment. Our office, located in the vibrant Hausvogteiplatz area, is a hub for creativity and teamwork. Do you have a dog? No problem - bring it to the office!
A Typical Day
Your day starts with monitoring payment transactions and supporting our back office with credits, refunds, and payments. As the day progresses, you’ll dive into SQL queries and reconciliations, ensuring that our financial records are accurate and up-to-date. Afternoons often involve working closely with Senior Accountants on month-end and year-end closing tasks, for example, pre-accounting. This way, you will gain hands-on experience in group accounting.
Every day can vary and in general, it is helpful when you are flexible and able to adapt to the needs of the team and the approaching deadlines.
Collaboration and Growth
Collaboration is key at GotPhoto. You’ll engage with teams from Tech, to Controlling to Customer Care on various projects that enhance our financial processes. Whether you’re mentoring new hires or brainstorming solutions to complex challenges, your input is valued and essential.
