CapEd Credit Union Gives $100,000 to Local Early Childhood Learning Initiatives.

CapEd has committed funding to support Idaho education with a strong emphasis toward the community’s youngest learners.

Meridian, ID – CapEd announces along with United Way of Treasure Valley , Caldwell School District, Idaho Association for the Education of Young Children , Lee Pesky Learning Center , Kuna School District , Children's Museum of Idaho , Economic Opportunity by Jannus , and United Way of South Central Idaho, that each organization continues a strategic partnership with CapEd to support Early Childhood Learning initiatives in southern Idaho.

The agreement brings together each organization, who all share a similar mission and goal of providing access to early learning education and resources.

From CapEd Chief Marketing Officer, Todd Christensen, “CapEd’s mission includes enriching our communities and supporting quality education. This starts long before kids enter formal education schooling. If we can help support early learners from a young age, they’ll be able to grow successfully in important fundamentals like literacy. These fundamental help children throughout their education and lives.”

Idaho AEYC’s READY! For Kindergarten program.

Lee Pesky Learning Center Every Child Ready to Learn program.

The Children’s Museum Mobile Planetarium.

Economic Opportunity by Jannus Refugee Early Learning Program and Professional Development.

United Way of South Central Idaho Region IV Early Learning Collaborative.

United Way of Treasure Valley Canyon County Preschool Collaborative.
