The Kogod School of Business at American University in Washington, D.C., asked 50 U.S. business leaders exactly what they would tell Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump if they were summoned to the White House in January to offer a recommendation to grow the economy.

My two cents amounts to looking at every regulation passed in the U.S. since 1970, then eliminating half of them.
