Dynamo Energy Hub Newsletter and Upcoming Events | July 2024

The team just returned from an incredible trip to the UK for the Dynamo London Summer Soiree and the Breakthrough Energy Summit, all during London Climate Action Week. The soiree was the perfect start, with members attending from around the world. Mario Fernandez from Breakthrough Energy provided exciting highlights about how Dynamo and Catalyst are working together to de-risk climate technologies by bringing together leading infrastructure investors with innovative climate tech companies.

The Breakthrough Energy Summit was monumental, shaping the future by focusing on scaling emerging technologies, with over 1500 innovators and global leaders debating solutions to pressing climate challenges.

It was great to spend time with our members from across corporate, finance, and government who are deploying and financing crucial solutions for the energy transition. I loved seeing how engaged everyone at the event was -- collaborating within and across industries, as well as discussing practical solutions for financing first-of-a-kind (FOAK) clean energy projects. It was encouraging to see how innovators and investors are coming together to bridge the gap and make these projects a reality.
