Embracing Paragon's Future Ambassadors - Malak, Esraa and Ganna! "Architecture Edition"

Continuing our journey alongside our bright future ambassadors, we move to the interns who lived another experience of the Paragon experience, the architecture and site experience.

Architecture plays a crucial role in our mission in developing workspace that create real communities in environments that nurture creativity.

To truly understand our design philosophy and how architecture works beyond textbooks, our interns were immersed in the project. Thanks to their active participation and collaboration, we believe they got valuable learning experience.

Now, let's hear from Malak, Esraa, and Ganna, as they share their personal reflections on their time with Paragon and what it meant to them.

Malak

Throughout my internship at Paragon, I have had an overall exceptional experience that sets it apart from any other internships I have had before. Paragon goes above and beyond to provide its interns with a supportive and enriching environment that fosters growth and learning.

One of the standout aspects of this internship has been the multitude of learning opportunities it has offered me. As a student majoring in Architecture, I have been able to apply and expand upon the knowledge and skills I have acquired in my coursework. Through hands-on projects and collaboration with experienced professionals, I have gained valuable practical experience that will undoubtedly benefit me in my future career.

The culture and workspace at Paragon have also played a significant role in shaping my internship experience. The company's emphasis on open communication, teamwork, and innovation has created a  positive and inspiring work environment. I have had the opportunity to work alongside talented individuals who have been supportive and willing to share their expertise. This collaborative culture has not only enhanced my professional growth but has also made the internship enjoyable.

Esraa

During my winter internship as an architecture intern at Paragon, I had an exceptionally rewarding experience that set it apart from any other internship I had previously undertaken. One aspect that made it stand out was the warm and friendly atmosphere of the community. From the moment I stepped foot into the office, the engineers at Paragon welcomed me with open arms and were eager to share their knowledge and skills. This created a supportive environment where I felt comfortable asking questions and seeking guidance.

The internship provided me with numerous learning opportunities that greatly enhanced my understanding of architecture and its practical applications. I had the chance to work on real projects alongside experienced professionals, allowing me to apply the theoretical knowledge I had gained during my studies. This hands-on experience equipped me with invaluable skills that directly related to my major, and I could see the direct impact of my work on the projects I was involved in.

Paragon's culture and workspace played a significant role in shaping my internship experience. The company fostered a collaborative and inclusive culture, where ideas were shared freely and teamwork was highly encouraged. The open office layout facilitated communication and collaboration among different teams, enabling me to interact with professionals from various disciplines. This interdisciplinary approach broadened my perspective and exposed me to different aspects of the architectural field, deepening my understanding of the profession as a whole.

This internship at Paragon has not only been a transformative experience during my winter break but also has the potential to shape my future career goals. Witnessing the dedication and passion of the engineers at Paragon has inspired me to pursue a career in architecture with even greater enthusiasm. The invaluable skills and knowledge I gained during this internship have provided me with a solid foundation to build upon as I continue to pursue my professional aspirations. I am confident that the lessons learned and the connections made during this internship will serve as a springboard for achieving success in my future endeavors.

Ganna

I'm Ganna Hany, I interned in the architecture department at paragon.

Personally I had an amazing experience in this internship. What made it special was the people and the approach of all our instructors. 

Everyone was so friendly and always focused on teaching us various things we needed to know and never got bored of answering our questions. I learned many things like the process of starting a project starting from the legal works and contracts all the way to it being approved and how it's constructed on site. 

We learned team work, not just within our department but with other departments too, including marketing. As for our department, we really got into most of the different job positions that we'd be exposed to in the future. All our instructors were extremely helpful explaining the different positions to help us and giving us tasks each day to get our heads straight into what we might be interested in being after graduation.

As always, we’re utterly proud of our future ambassadors and how they managed to grasp our design philosophy and engage themselves actively in the real experience of developing Paragon buildings.
