Employee Spotlight: Kristy Ball
Q: Please tell us a little about yourself and what you do.
A: I work in the Accounting/Commissions department. I’ve been working at Capital for 5 years.
Q: What are the biggest personal rewards of working your job?
A: I work with some really great coworkers that have become my best friends. The people you work with really determine what the atmosphere for the office will be, so it’s great to have people on your side.
Q: What is the best piece of advice you’ve learned/heard along the way?
A: Work hard, but don’t let that be the only thing you are known for. It’s okay to have fun and crack a few jokes.
Q: What is one of your favorite memories here at Capital?
A: Capital had a get together in the parking lot. We had a live band, enjoyed a seafood bar, and had NC State mascot, Mr. Wuf, hang out with us.
Q: Is there anything else you would like to share about yourself or your time at Capital?
A: Capital is always about some good food. You can expect to get Char-Grill quite frequently and have your waist band expanded!
