Floods & Small Leaks - Leadership SHIFT Tip

Devastating flood waters can spark a media circus. We watch in disbelief - finding it hard to believe that something so damaging could happen even though we have seen it many times before. It consumes us for seventy-two hours. Then the waters recede, the mess is “cleaned up,” and we start to rebuild. 

But what about the slow leak? We usually don’t give it any thought or label it as tomorrow’s problem. After all, we are too busy today and can fix it later.
