Here’s how to get it right
✅ Be as specific as you can
✅ Be realistic (this is 90 days, not a year)
✅ Decide how you will help them hit this goal
✅ Choose cool targets—think about what would be amazing and shoot for it.
We see people do incredible things in their first 90 days.
But without answering that one question the person you hire won’t even make a dent.
So, zero in on what really matters.
And do this before putting an offer on the table.
