Happy New Year from Mark Enlow!
As we close out another record-breaking year at Mark Enlow Inc., I want to take a moment to reflect, express gratitude, and look ahead with renewed hope. To our valued clients, colleagues, and friends—you know who you are—thank you for your trust and partnership. None of this would be possible without you.
2024 wasn’t without its challenges. Navigating employee turnover, a tough economic climate, and an increasingly remote work culture tested us all. As someone who believes deeply in the power of face-to-face collaboration, I’ve been reminded of the lessons I learned early in my career. When I started in this business, I had the privilege of learning from masters—observing how they dressed, how they spoke, how they carried themselves. I absorbed their wisdom by being there, soaking up knowledge that kept me growing, learning, and developing. How can that happen when you’re buried behind a computer screen at home? True development requires connection, mentorship, and shared experiences—something I believe is best nurtured in person, which is essential—not just in business, but in life.
This past year also brought turbulence on a broader scale. The 2024 election was, in my opinion, one of the most divisive in history—filled with toxic behavior, constant attacks, and a glaring lack of love and unity. Greed seemed to overshadow compassion, with some CEOs prioritizing profits over their people. It was enough to leave anyone disheartened. Looking ahead, I must be honest: 2025 may present its own challenges, especially financially, as we continue to clean up the massive mess in our economy. Many seem in denial about why we’ve arrived at this point, and while I don’t have all the answers, one thing is clear—people are searching for hope. But hope alone isn’t enough. It’s like trying to sink a golf ball into a tiny hole, avoiding traps and hazards along the way. If we don’t dig in with both hands and start shifting how we approach the world, we risk repeating the same mistakes.
But here’s the good news: we have the power to change our trajectory. I’ve decided to embrace 2025 with a renewed focus, inspired by the wisdom of my friend Tony Robbins: to live in a beautiful state—one anchored deeply in my 4 core principles: faith, family, fitness, and finances.
Here’s what I’m committing to in 2025:
𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡: Not just in God, but in myself, my family, my colleagues, and my country.
𝐅𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲: Cherish and support your loved ones; they are life’s true wealth.
𝐅𝐢𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬: Prioritize health—physical, emotional, and mental—because without it, success is hollow.
𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬: Redefine success, focusing not on material possessions but on the freedom and security that come from wise stewardship.

2025 is a new opportunity to rise above distractions, serve a higher purpose, and live with intention. Let’s turn off the social media toxicity & noise, focus on what matters most, and embrace a mindset of gratitude and service. After 46 years in business, 2025 success for me isn’t just about revenue—it’s about quality of life: my health, mental strength, delivering value to my customers, and, above all, the love of my family.
To my friends, family and children, I’m blessed to have shared incredible milestones with you this year, from welcoming my first grandchild to giving my daughter away. I’m grateful for my love Carol and my charities: NBCC, George Lopez Foundation, Boys & Girls Club and so many others all doing incredible work within the community. To my dogs, Leah and Boz, thank you for your unconditional love.
And to all of you: remember, true success isn’t found in what you have, but in how you live. Keep it in the fairway. Laugh more. Love more. Serve more. Let’s commit to a higher standard and a greater purpose in 2025.
What’s your resolution for the new year? Let’s inspire one another to make it our best yet.
Here’s to a year of growth, resilience, and living in a beautiful state. 🌟
