August 27th my hubby had a full hip replacement. It was amazing how quickly they sent him home! But he was able to hobble out to the car without a wheelchair 2 days after his surgery. The doctor wanted to keep him in one more day because there were some things detected happening with his kidneys, but my husband refused to stay and we went home.
Lots of fun!
Once home, he struggled every day with tremendous discomfort and swelling in his entire left leg and foot.
