ID Logistics Promotes John Bartnick, SVP, Operations

ID Logistics, an international leader in contract logistics, has promoted John Bartnick to Senior Vice President of Operations, effective immediately. John reports to ID Logistics US COO Sean O’Laughlin.

John joined ID Logistics in June 2023 as VP, Special Projects. Over his 25-year career, his vast expertise covers all supply chain and logistics areas, including managing national multi-site accounts, running large multi-building facilities, and being especially adept with new start-ups and WMS implementations. John is an operator whose exemplary career is defined by a laser focus on achieving industry-leading results while building positive and safe work environments.

As SVP, Operations, John will focus on operations leadership and business development support. He will be responsible for expanding customer partnerships while supporting the organization’s growth strategy in the United States.

Prior to ID Logistics, John held senior leadership positions in corporate and third-party logistics. Most recently, John was the Vice President of Solution Design at FW Logistics in Belleville, IL. He led a multi-functional team responsible for solution design and development, pricing responses to RFPs, revenue and profitability analysis of existing operations, facility layout and design, and MHE selection. Before that, as Distribution Coordinator at Church & Dwight, he directed day-to-day operational planning, execution, and reporting of warehousing functions, and led special projects.

John received his bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences from Pennsylvania State University. He is certified in Lean, a Six Sigma Green Belt, and a continuous improvement facilitator.
