So here we are in 2020, a 'year of vision' and the start of a new decade that'll be full of opportunities waiting to be grasped by those with the will to grab them. What are your professional plans for the year ahead?
For me, this year will be spent disrupting the way Organizational Development (OrgDev) Professionals achieve results for their internal and external clients. Whether you're an internal OrgDev practitioner or an external consultant (new or seasoned) my goal is to show you how to free up your time through OrgDev Automation and achieve better results for your customers and stakeholders with the REACH Ecosystem.
In 2020 I will

- Most of all, I want you to improve the lives of those you work with.
