With out a team a leader is nothing , it is a good team that makes a leader and visa versa . It all starts from the top . And how a leader inspires them .

Fantastic recognition to the chefs and team , so so important to recognise success and great work and passion , all part of being a professional chef and up holding our industry in a good light

Recognition is an important tool to motivate people and particularly apprentices, well done! Educate, train and motivate them.
