Be the orchestrator of your time

Be the orchestrator of your time

At age 4, I mastered the art of reading and writing, and by 16, I had already conquered high school. Entering high school at 12, I was immediately labeled 'gifted,' and burdened with an excessive workload. However, I refused to succumb to this imposed brilliance, negotiating with my father to exit gifted classes while maintaining an impressive GPA. This strategic move allowed me to delve into multiple languages and pursue activities that truly stimulated my mind.

Upon venturing into the tech world, I confronted a relentless work culture that deemed fixing issues as an invitation for more tasks. They called it "excellence". Rather than succumbing to this toxic workaholism, I took charge. I automated my workload, not just for efficiency, but to regain control over my life. I learned to dance, traveled the world, and built lasting relationships.

I caution people against falling prey to cultures that manipulate their time under the pretense of a 'family' atmosphere within a company. The truth is, there's no real 'family' when your productivity and well-being are compromised. It's imperative to seize control of your life, becoming the masterful orchestrator of your journey. Strike a balance that elevates your professional standing and invigorates your soul. Life is too short to be a slave to a demanding culture. Reclaim your time, prioritize your passions, and embark on a journey where you are the driving force behind your success and fulfillment."
