Remote Work Culture at OKLO

Remote Work Culture at OKLO

At OKLO, our work culture is built around flexibility, productivity, and well-being of our team.

Our fully remote setup allows our employees to work from the comfort of their homes, with the requirement to visit the office just once a month. This arrangement fosters a unique and supportive environment that caters to the diverse needs of our team.

Balancing Work and Family Life:

Office days are brighter with little ones around!

Meet Niroshama, our dedicated Senior engineer and a mother of a handful toddler. Niroshama shares, "Managing my workload while caring for my baby has been challenging but immensely rewarding. The remote work culture at OKLO has been a game-changer for me. I can attend to my child's needs without compromising on my professional responsibilities. The flexibility to work from home has allowed me to maintain a healthy work-life balance."

Adapting to a New Work Environment:

Finding inspiration in the great outdoors

Kirk, who recently joined our team, shares his thoughts on transitioning to remote work: "At first, I thought switching from on-site work to remote work would be quite difficult and would take some adapting to, but it has been easier than I anticipated. It offers me a newfound sense of freedom that has made me feel more motivated and productive. The fact that, I don't have to spend 1-2 hours of my day commuting to work and being stuck in traffic, I find myself less tired and able to focus better on my tasks. To add to that, my fiancé and our dog appreciate me spending more time with them at home while getting work done.”
