Spring 7S -Lean your lifestyle

Spring 7S -Lean your lifestyle

Spring it time for Flower blooming, and removing shaking and cold, then it's time to blooming mind and cleaning up bad memory and a new start. Every spring is similar to the newborn and new start. Regarding the Japanese old 5S and new 7 S as below I would like to give some commend for a new start.

  • 1S Seiri (Sort, Clearing, Classify) Classify what you did last spring to winter.
  • 2S Seiton (Straighten, Simplify, Set in order, Configure), look over your act and see how much you are satisfied with your life what make your displeasure people, work, family whatever.
3S Seiso (Sweep, shine, Scrub, Clean and Check) removing whatever make you unhappy (anger, I expect from myself more than my capacity), untruly friendship, my job etc.
4S Seiketsu (Standardize, stabilize, Conformity) try to find the standard method to solve the losing time and opportunity. May be asked for help, family consulting, attend to new community etc.
  • 5S Shitsuke (Sustain, self-discipline, custom and practice) to make sure you can keep going in the good life by new life style. For example, you are sleeping late and always you reach to work late, you can ask your wife push you to go bed early, or see a doctor to help you to manage your sleep time adaptability with specific sleeping pill or specific treatment.
  • The 6th “S” Safety: we now concentrate on safety aspects of our initiative, reviewing every action and each area to ensure that we have not overlooked any potential hazards. Learn from mistake, mistake proof, self-control not to back to the undesirable condition again. If you quit smoking and you used to by a friend who persuade you for smoking stop seeing them.
  • The 7th “S” Spirit: understand the impact of new lifestyle and its benefits. Bring the result up and look up it and enjoyed. IF you used to go to work late, but you do not do it anymore and get a promotion, do not forget it, and do not forget your pass. If you’re losing weigh keep your picture from the pass and compare yourself with your new look. You never gain weight.

The first s should be safety, identify the hazards of the process and location before you even start sorting anything.
